Charlotte’s Web, a Boulder, Colorado-based CBD producer, stated Wednesday it acquired approval to uplist to the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX).
The firm expects to start out buying and selling on the TSX on May 31 and can keep its Canadian Securities Exchange ticker image CWEB.
The transfer to the TSX – the world’s ninth-largest change when it comes to market capitalization – will permit Charlotte’s Web publicity to a wider capital-markets viewers and certain appeal to elevated numbers of institutional buyers, the corporate stated.
The firm on Tuesday reported quarterly revenues of $21.7 million for the three months ended March 31, 2019, and internet revenue of $2.three million.
