L.A. police: Hundreds of illegal marijuana dispensaries still operational

Los Angeles has issued licenses to just about 100 marijuana retailers, however police estimate there are a minimum of double that quantity working illegally within the metropolis and undercutting hashish companies which are enjoying by the principles.
