New provincial guidelines have outlawed hashish lounges designed for medical customers as of July 1, however one proprietor in Windsor, Ont. refuses to shut down.

Higher Limits Cannabis Lounge, which calls itself the most important in Canada, has been open within the downtown space for two-and-a-half years and stated they’ve seen greater than 85,000 individuals come via the doorways.
